Senior Citizen Center

Southwest Dane Senior Outreach, located in the Mount Horeb Senior Center, serves residents of Blue Mounds.  They can provide meals, transportation, Case Management, MA Case Management, Nutrition Services, resources, and referrals to assist people 60+, to help them remain independent and safe in their own homes or apartments.
