Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals hears requests for special exceptions or variances to the Village Zoning Ordinance. The board is a quasi-judicial body that decides appeals on decisions of administrative officials of the Village. Sec. 62.23 Wisconsin Statutes. The Board of Appeals consists of five voting members. Five citizen representatives make up the voting body. Each citizen representative serves a 3 year term. Up to two citizen representatives are appointed as alternates.  This Board meets when necessary.  Materials will be found under the menu Government / Agendas / Other Boards and Committees, or Government / Minutes / Other Boards and Committees.
